Yes, please make a booking for you and your baby via the online booking system. The earlier you contact us, the more certain we can make your desired date possible.
Our session availability can be seen on our booking system, we are open from Monday to Friday – as well as on selected Saturdays. Please arrange a treatment appointment with us via the online booking system or call us before your visit so that we can schedule a time for you.

When your baby is 4/5 weeks old, weighs at least 3,5 Kg and the navel has healed completely, you can book your first visit with us.
Ideally, feed or breastfeed your baby ten minutes before treatment. You are welcome to be with us 20 to 30 minutes earlier and take care of your baby in the breastfeeding corner.
Yes, please bring your diaper bag so that you can change your baby after the treatment as usual. Feel free to bring a camera to take photos. Swim nappies, towels, and massage oils are provided.
The baby massage and baby hydrotherapy each last 30 minutes. If you are visiting us for the first time, your child will be in the water for around 5 to 15 minutes. The bath time can be increased to a maximum of 20 minutes with regular visits and with increased physical strength. Our deluxe combos last approximately 55 minutes.
Yes, you can book an individual session for you and your child.

If you would like to bring your family or friends with you, please note: up to two people can take part in the baby massage, and up to three people can watch the baby float. Too many spectators can be a hindrance to relaxation.
With a baby, surprises are inevitable. We recommend that you be with us 20 to 30 minutes earlier. If you are running late, please let us know immediately. If we are fully booked on the day, your treatment can be shortened.
We reserve a fixed place for you for your treatment. Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours in advance. In the event of later cancellation, the costs of the booked treatment must be paid.
If you want, you can take some pictures while your little one is floating. Please only photograph and film your own children or ask the other parents for permission.
