Our lovely nurse, a dedicated mother of two, channels her passion for nurturing and care through her extensive career in nursing. Her children, though not babies anymore, remain her inspiration and motivation to share her journey with others.
Christine is a fully registered nurse with 28 years of experience, specializing in Community, Psychiatric, General Nursing, and Midwifery. She completed her rigorous four-year training in Gauteng and has since amassed a wealth of experience across various healthcare settings. Christine began her career as a midwife in a private hospital for two years, followed by a role in a GP practice where she honed her skills in diabetic care, common surgical procedures, wound dressings, ECGs, IV therapy, and phlebotomy.
During her maternity leave after the birth of her daughter, Christine seized the opportunity to work as a practice nurse for two pediatricians in Morningside, Johannesburg. This experience ignited her passion for baby wellness and postnatal support, leading her to establish her own private practice in September 2005, with a primary focus on these areas.
Relocating to Somerset West in 2008, Christine continued to expand her practice within a pharmacy setting, broadening her scope to address various health needs holistically. She believes in treating the root cause of health issues rather than merely addressing symptoms.
